Fifth Night Screenplay Reading Series has been around since 1994,
promoting strong and diverse voices . Each week, we select a screenplay
and produce a compelling, un-staged reading with some of the best
actors in the country. Our readings are a unique opportunity for writers
to exhibit their work to a crowd of industry professionals, development
directors, producers, agents, and actors who pack the house each week
searching for undiscovered work. We are one of only a handful of organizations
that exist solely to nurture and develop new talent. |

those screenplays have gone on to get made into films or are currently
in production.
